I took some new jewelry lessons

I try to progress even I am enough old. So I took some new jewelry lessons. Last week I followed a seminar about decorative surfaces on metal with easy and cheap methods and tools. Because, as you know, or maybe not, in Greece, we have a very deep economic crisis. So it is not easy if you have to pay for everything. Difficulties make people imaginative…

This is a simple decoration with wire hammered on the metal.

And this week I am following a seminar about resins and combinations that I could make with various materials. Soon I suppose I will have some photos.

Learn how to measure ring size

When you make an order online and the seller asks you to measure your ring size he does not want to torture you, but because is important if you want to receive a ring that fits well on your finger.

Look here the International Ring Size Conversion Chart and choose in wich system you want to find your size.

Watch some methods and tips how you can measure your ring size. But remember you have to measure the finger where you want to wear the ring.

If you want to give a gift and you do not want to destroy the surprise you can use some tips like these in the video.

The beginning… the first steps…

My first trying was on 2012. That year my mother died. I wanted to come back in life, to forget death. I started to decorated Easter candle. I swam in the colors of ribbons.

No, no, before that I had start to paint… I inspired from the lessons of European arts in a course of Greek Open University on 2004 or earlier. One evening, very late in the night, I bought painting colors, paint brushes and canvas from internet. I started to paint, to play with the colors and I was very happy.
